Q: Where do you ship to? Do you ship outside the USA?
A: I can only ship within the United States for the time being.

Q: When does my order ship out? And when will my order arrive?
A: I ship out orders about a week once the order is made, unless otherwise noted on the object’s page [such as the case with pre-order]. Orders usually arrive between 3-7 business days, assuming the shipping provider isn’t running into delays.

Q: Do you provide shipping insurance for original artworks?
A: Shipping insurance is bundled in with the shipping of original art pieces.

Q: My order said it shipped, but tracking isn’t showing up. What’s going on?
A: I usually bulk print and package goods before I drop orders off at USPS. Give it a couple of days and your tracking info should show up.

Q: My order got damaged, what do I do?
A: Reach out to me via shop.tombofnull@gmail.com. We can assess the damage and see what we can do about it. Allow up to 7 business days for me to get back to you.

Q: My order got stolen/lost. Can I get a refund/replacement?
A: I’m afraid I can’t refund you in this case. Please reach out to your shipping provider. For insured packages [that is, orders of original artworks] reach out to shop.tombofnull@gmail.com and we can work together to see if we can get shipping insurance to work its magic for you. Allow up to 7 business days for me to get back to you.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Depends. For orders that aren’t pre-order, if I haven’t shipped out your piece I might be able to cancel and refund your order.

Q: I provided the wrong address. Can I change it?
A: Reach out to me via shop.tombofnull@gmail.com as soon as you catch your error. Allow up to 7 business days for me to get back to you.
